Director and Founder
Torrin is the Founder and Director of the Centre. His experience includes authoring over a dozen papers and over one hundred policies. His policies have been backed by an All-Party Parliamentary Group of over 260 MPs and included in various party manifestos. He regularly appears in a wide range of print and broadcast media and previously had a weekly column for a national publication. He also has a degree in Political Studies from Aberystwyth University.
Head of Policy
Mikael is an editor and researcher at the University of St Andrews and the Director and Founder of the Digital Inclusion Research Hub. He has published several articles and two books on the intersection between religious studies and philosophy. He is currently managing a non-profit which explores the impact of the digital divide on UK society and economy.
Head of Operations
Meera is a scientist and educator. She has spent the past 20 years in research and academic roles at Newcastle, Northumbria, Cambridge, and Oxford Universities. Meera has run international early disease diagnosis and personalised medicine projects and is currently involved in early cancer screening community project initiatives.
Head of Events and Interviews
Head of Events and Interviews Annadonata is an undergraduate at Kings College London studying English and Modern Languages and was previously a Capital L Language Ambassador at SOAS University. She also undertook an internship role at Dryden Search as a Research Associate.

Charlotte is the Project Management Director at the LightEn charitable foundation. She has also held roles as a publisher and a Content Delivery Manager at Elsevier, Head of Collection Management and Acquisition at Springer Nature, and a Research Assistant at the Royal Veterinary College.

Education Spokesperson
David is the Head of Politics at Greenshaw High School, who has 12 years of experience within the education sector and also works as an economics teacher. He also worked as an Individuals and Societies Teacher at the International Academy of Greenwich, and a teacher of History and Politics at Lampton School and UCL Academy.
Economy Spokesperson
William is studying for a PhD at Leeds University within the School of Earth and Environment, with the Institute for Transport Studies and the Infuze Project. He has a masters in Economics from Swansea University and a degree in Economics from Aberystwyth University.
Environment Spokesperson
Sophie works in fundraising for healthcare research and support at Breast Cancer Now. Sophie previously worked as a Programme Coordinator at Think Pacific and holds a Geography degree from Swansea University. She was also the Co-Founder of the International Action Group, a global educational initiative to elevate and empower young change-makers.
Foreign Affairs Spokesperson
Katie recently completed a BSc in Politics and International Relations at the University of Bristol and is now studying a Masters in Development and Security. Her main research interests include gender policy and social justice. She has volunteered with Global Action and other local charities.
Culture, Media and Sport Spokesperson
Kieran is working as a Service Delivery and Operations Associate for Tellmi, a peer support app working with young people's mental health in London. He has a Master's in Music Psychology and Wellbeing and studied English and Music as an undergraduate.
Community Spokesperson
Louise works as a Project Officer for the National Energy Foundation. She has studied in Edinburgh, Singapore, Berlin, Nice, and Istanbul, and has a Master's in Advanced International and European Studies and a Bachelor's in Human Geography. She is also a volunteer with her local women's shelter and has written articles for the circular economy charity "A Good Thing".

She received a score of 100% in her dissertation, achieving an overall First in the subject, and graduated at the top of her year. She was also the Editor of the Flash Literary Journal and a Research Assistant for the En Clair podcast.

He has worked in the legal industry in various practice areas, including pro bono family, corporate, and real estate. He is also a research assistant at Action on Armed Violence, helping to create the world's first global mass shooting database.

Ejay Nsugbe is a multidisciplinary professional, chartered across multiple disciplines, and the Founder and Chief Scientist of Nsugbe Research Labs. He has led award-winning international healthcare innovation initiatives and contributed to National Health Service policy on artificial intelligence and data ethics. Beyond research, Ejay actively supports STEM education reform both locally and internationally, has served as a school governor, and authored numerous peer-reviewed publications spanning manufacturing and clinical medicine.

Karen holds degrees in Communication, Health, and Social Science and is beginning a Master's in Public Governance and Policy. With experience in the creative and sports sectors, she now works as a Neurodiversity and Learning and Development in the Workplace consultant.
